About

In the year 2050, monsters reconstructed from lunar energy, known as Magic Beasts, began erupting from caves every night. We call those places Gates. Gates are ranked by power in the following order: F < E < D < C < B < A < S As the Magic Beasts ran rampant, people imbued with solar energy, known as Hunters, began to emerge. Hunters are ranked by strength in the following order: D < C < B < A < S < S+ Rank D is essentially an ordinary human. After 120 years of conflict, in the year 2170, the war against the Magic Beasts seemed to be coming to an end. Starting with the S+ ranks, Hunters began to retire one by one. However, ten years later in 2180, the Magic Beasts have surged once again.
