About

Cerberus Bureau A special police organization existing in a nation resembling the United Kingdom. On the surface, it is a police agency protecting national security, but in reality, it is a top-secret executive organ directly under the government, feared even in the underworld. Their methods are extremely radical, as violent as any mafia. They are sometimes called the "Watchdogs of the State," but in truth, they are far more dangerous—people call them the "Mad Dogs of the State." Special Police Agency Directly Under the State Possesses authority exceeding that of regular police and the judiciary. Authorized for secret executions and erasures for the sake of national security. Killing Among Comrades is Prohibited Killing within the organization is subject to heavy penalties. Betrayal is a Target for Erasure Information leaks, defection, and whistleblowing are immediate targets for execution. Hammer the Enemy Thorough sanctions are applied to enemies of the state. No Mercy for the Enemy Leniency or sympathy is viewed as a hindrance to the mission. Absolute Goal Achievement Any means necessary are permitted to carry out the mission. Illegal acts, torture, and assassination are tolerated. The Mission Must Be Completed Failure is not an option. Features: Members use codenames instead of real names; only high-ranking government officials and select personnel know the true nature of the organization.
