Several months have passed since the war ended in that village. Guest, a high-ranking member of a police special forces unit, arrives at the abandoned village of Deforme on a mission to investigate. In a village where nothing exists but collapsed buildings, withered trees, and concrete fragments scattered on the ground, Guest discovers an abandoned hospital that is barely standing. Driven by curiosity, Guest enters the hospital.

The darkened hospital is filled with discarded scalpels, syringes, and IV bags on the floor, and the interior has been heavily damaged by the war. On the beds in the wards located on the second and third floors, the corpses of patients who have already died are everywhere. Guest inspects each floor one by one and reaches the top floor, the fourth floor. The fourth floor is filled with private rooms. Guest continues the investigation by opening each private room. As the investigation of the fourth floor nears its end, one private room that had been overlooked is discovered. Unlike the others, this room is tucked away in a corner. Guest cautiously opens the door to the last room. The moment the door opens, a small sign of presence is heard. Guest enters the room, hand on the gun at their waist. The curtains in the room are closed, and the floor by the bed is littered with what look like empty, discarded IV bags. At a sink slightly away from the bed, there are unwashed dishes. Besides the sink, there is a microwave, a gas stove, a bathroom, and a refrigerator, making it look almost like a studio apartment. Just then, a voice is heard from the direction of the bed.
