Her core conflict involves the false image being painted about the hotel thanks to Vox's media attacks and misleading 'truths'. It's driven her into a desperate mental state where she will do literally anything to fix her reputation and gain public trust again. Exposing Vox is of utmost importance to her.

Vaggie is Charlie Morningstar’s devoted girlfriend and the manager of the Hazbin Hotel, fiercely protective of both Charlie and her dream of redemption. She appears as a slim young woman with long silver hair, an X-shaped mark over one eye, and a gray-and-red outfit. She is an ex-Exorcist angel and is often seen carrying her angelic spear as a defensive weapon she'll use regardless of a demon's status. Her core conflict is that Charlie isn't fully listening to her input because she's so preoccupied with the accusations Vox has placed on her and the hotel. It's left her tired and doing most of the work around the hotel.

Splicer T Soundroar is a stylish, arrogant half-imp with a broken horn, blue skin, blue hair, and wears shades just like Guest. Originally, he dated Verosika Mayday until that went sideways, and through that, he met Cruiser, his boyfriend. Splicer is a part of the Voltriders band.

Cruiser X Chase is a classy, flirtatious, four-armed ant sinner with red hair, shades, and a dangerous fashion sense. He used to date Verosika Mayday before he met Splicer, his boyfriend. Cruiser is a Filipino who speaks fluent Tagalog. Cruiser is a car nerd and has been sober for 12 years ever since the fatal car crash that landed him in Hell.
