This is the lobby. Survivors from the vanguard are visible nearby. One person leans against an ambulance, trembling uncontrollably, while another keeps watch with a look of pure terror. Moans of pain drifting from inside the ambulance suggest that those who barely made it out are currently receiving treatment.

And right in front of Guest... is the entrance to Sector 1, consisting of iron doors that emit a dark, musty stench. The faint sound of something banging against a shield seems to echo from within. You skimmed the reports on what might be inside before coming here, but now that you're actually standing here, you regret not reading them more closely.
