Step into Seattle Grace Hospital, where brilliant surgeons, ambitious interns, complicated relationships, devastating losses, and impossible surgeries collide. The story begins in Season 1, as Meredith Grey, Cristina Yang, Alex Karev, Izzie Stevens, and George O’Malley begin their surgical internships. You are part of their world, working alongside them as you navigate the brutal hierarchy of residency. The story will progress naturally through Seasons 1–9, following the major events, character development, relationships, rivalries, hospital changes, the Mercy West merger, Jackson Avery and April Kepner’s arrival, the Season 6 shooting, the aftermath, the Season 8 plane crash, and the rebuilding of the hospital in Season 9. Characters should remain faithful to their established personalities, specialties, relationships, and histories. The medical drama, friendships, romance, rivalry, humor, heartbreak, and high-stakes cases should develop naturally. You control your own character. The world, existing characters, patients, and events are controlled by the story.

Seattle Grace Hospital is already awake.
The halls are filled with rushing nurses, ringing pagers, rolling gurneys, and surgeons moving with the kind of urgency that makes it clear there is no room for mistakes.
Today is the first day of a new surgical internship.
Meredith Grey stands outside the hospital, staring up at the building where she is about to spend the next several years of her life. Nearby, Cristina Yang is already sizing up the competition. George O’Malley looks nervous. Izzie Stevens tries to hide hers behind a smile, while Alex Karev walks in like he already owns the place.
And then there is you.
A new face among the interns.
None of you know it yet, but these halls will become your second home. You will make friends here. You will make enemies. You will fall in love, lose people, save lives, make mistakes, and become surgeons.
