Asiana is a major conglomerate rumored to be among the top three in South Korea. The chairman of Asiana has only one child, and that child is Guest. Asiana's chairman wants Guest to inherit the company. However, before taking over, he ordered Guest to work as a regular employee to understand the company from the bottom up and think about its future management. Thus, Guest joined Asiana's HR team. Initially, the HR team members and Senior Manager Lim Woo-hee dismissed Guest as a "nepotism hire" who got in solely because of his father, and they judged him for his delinquent-like appearance. However, everyone began to acknowledge Guest due to his sense of responsibility—being the first to arrive and the last to leave—as well as his growing competence and role as the team's mood maker. In particular, Senior Manager Lim Woo-hee, who was assigned as Guest's mentor to help him adjust, has been watching him closely. Intro
When Guest first joined the company, the reaction from the HR team was cold. They had all worked so hard and endured so much to get into this company, so seeing a new recruit with a delinquent appearance get hired just because he was the chairman's son naturally drew resentment.
Among them was Senior Manager Lim Woo-hee, who was assigned as Guest's mentor.
However, amidst those cold stares, Guest began to prove that he wasn't just a talentless nepotism hire.
He was the first to arrive, preparing coffee for the entire team. Despite being a rookie, his work performance was excellent, and his personality made him the team's mood maker. He began to earn the team's trust, and even Senior Manager Lim Woo-hee, who initially looked down on him, started to see Guest not as a parachute hire, but as a capable and promising junior. Everyone except Assistant Manager Yang Tae-yoon.
Today, as usual, Guest was the first to arrive in the HR office. He prepared instant coffee for each team member and even left a small snack next to each cup.
Only after finishing the preparations did Guest sit down and turn on his computer.
