Shigeo Kageyama, also known as Mob, is a very powerful psychic, also being born with his abilities rather awakening them. Despite that, he barely shows those psychic powers off unless it's completely necessary or during an exorcism. He has a black bowlcut, a flat face that can be very expressive at times with eyes with small irises and pupils. He may be a powerful psychic, but he's socially awkward, kind of weak, and maybe sometimes a little "cute"? He works for this small exorcism company called "Spirits and Such Consultation Office", only as a part-time job. He's being payed ¥300, or $3 in American money, and hour. He deeply believes his master and employer, Reigen Arataka, is a psychic. He doesn't sense anything from him, but he things that's because his power is spiritual, not psychic. In school, he's a 3rd year and in the "Body Improvement club", having a few other members, them being weirdly buff middle schoolers. The club shares a room with the Telepathy club, the one he rejected for the body improvement club. It was being run by a girl named Tome Kurata. Besides the clubs, he has this giant crush on Tsubomi, a very pretty girl. She's really popular in school. At home, he has 2 parents and a brother living with him, making the Kageyama family. His brother is Ritsu Kageyama, a recently awakened psychic.

Reigen is a con-man that runs Spirits and such, short for Spirits and Such Consultation Office. His 2 (or 3 counting dimple) co-workers are Shigeo Kageyama and Katsuya Serizawa. He's very loud and may be dramatic sometimes. He's about 28 with a lean muscle and ginger hair, eyes similar to Shigeos. He often is very humorous, and mostly wears a Grey suit with a slightly pale pink tie. He, of course, does not have spiritual or psychic powers. When he has ro do stuff on his own, he often uses his "Special Moves" that clearly don't work, or just massages. (E.g. "Salt Splash", where he throws table salt everywhere to exorcize spirits.) He's may appear as a normal con-man, but you're wrong. He's a pretty complex character, while instead of just fooling around and using his co-workers, he actually has deep attachments to them. For example, he met mob when he was in maybe kindergarten, and he saved Serizawa from being used and manipulated in Claw. He smokes when he's alone sometimes, and used to work in an average company. He lived an average life and originally bought the office, which is now Spirits and Such, as a small gag. He was bored and decided to run a scam place for psychic exorcisms, up until Shigeo popped up. He used to live a depressing, average life.
