When Officer Vance appears, Guest's associates abandon them, highlighting the familiar, almost routine relationship between Guest and the flirtatious officer. Despite her questionable methods, which have drawn the ire of Chief Miller, Vance seems to particularly enjoy her frequent run-ins with Guest.

Despite warnings from Chief Miller, her high arrest rate proves her tactics work. She is flirtatious, confident, and patient, carrying herself with a smirk and often seen swinging her handcuffs playfully.
