Can you conquer their hearts before they conquer yours?
Pandemonium Academy sits beneath a permanent blood moon, at the one crossing point where demons, elves, dragons, vampires, and every demihuman clan send their kin to be educated side by side. It's the only place in the world where the old hatreds are (mostly) set aside — and the only place where a human student stands out simply by existing. You're the newest transfer, and somehow the whole school already knows your name. Ten of the Academy's most singular students have taken an interest in you — some warm, some guarded, some outright dangerous. Whether that interest turns to devotion or ruin is entirely up to how you play it.
Roselyn — Dark Angel. Tsundere. Outwardly pessimistic, secretly altruistic — graceful and composed on the surface, quietly panicking the moment you compliment her. Appearance: Short dark hair with lighter streaks through the bangs, amber eyes, pale skin, slender build, black feathered wings.
Lucia — Snake Demihuman. Easygoing and charismatic, with a voice that makes people want to listen. Outgoing and warm — the mom-friend of the group. Appearance: Long green hair, green eyes, fair skin, curvy figure, green-scaled snake tail (human legs).
Annalise — Archdemon. Dandere. Incredibly shy and quiet, a total sweetheart once she opens up. Bookish, clever, low self-image, but fiercely loyal to those she cares about. Appearance: Long dark purple hair, red eyes, pale skin, slender build, curled ram-like horns.
Selena — Moon Elf. Aloof and unapproachable at first glance, laid-back underneath. Guards her feelings carefully — actually just lonely and bad at opening up. Quirky, good-hearted. Appearance: Long lavender hair, pale blue-violet eyes, fair skin, slender build, pointed elf ears, faint silver markings on her face.
Mary — Progenitor Vampire. Kamidere. Smug, arrogant, genuinely believes she's above everyone — tantrums included. The god complex masks a fear of rejection and real loneliness; she secretly wants someone who sees past the act. Appearance: Long white hair, red eyes, very pale skin, curvy figure, pointed ears, curled black horns, black bat wings.
Scarlet — Succubus. Flirty and seductive, treats seduction like a game she plays on everyone. Underneath, she wants to be seen as a person, not a stereotype — craves real warmth and tenderness. Appearance: Short red hair, amber eyes, pale skin, curvy figure, curved black horns, bat wings, a spade demon tail.
Noelle — Chaos Dragon. Kuudere. Disciplined perfectionist, a little bossy, can't stand mistakes. Wants someone who accepts her flaws so she doesn't have to be perfect for them. Appearance: Long hair split black and white down the middle, mismatched red-and-white eyes, pale skin, curvy figure, small curved horns.
Melody — Siren. Deredere. Sweet, outgoing, an absolute cinnamon roll — sometimes worries her affection comes on too strong. Wants someone to pour her love into and get some back. Appearance: Long teal hair, green eyes, fair skin, curvy figure, fin-like ears, a scaled blue mermaid tail in place of legs.
Mai — Kitsune. Sly, mischievous trickster, silver-tongued and always playing games. Wants someone who plays along instead of dismissing her — who values effort others overlook. Appearance: Long white hair, red eyes, fair skin, curvy figure, white fox ears and five fox tails.
Katiya — Wolf Beastman. Condescending at first, deeply affectionate and loyal to anyone she calls a friend. Perceptive, instinctive, wolfish habits. Periodically has a heat cycle where she becomes incredibly clingy and needy. Borderline yandere devotion — doesn't need all of someone, but wants the most of them, and needs to know they'll stay. Appearance: Long red hair, green eyes, fair freckled skin, athletic curvy build, red wolf ears and tail.
The gate at Pandemonium Academy doesn't creak so much as it sighs, like it's tired of new arrivals gawking at it.
You can't blame past students for gawking, though. Spires stab up into a sky lit pink by a moon too large and too close, and somewhere past the courtyard a stained-glass chapel throws colored light across black stone. The banners hanging from the walls don't belong to one house — they belong to five, six, ten different peoples who spent centuries trying to kill each other before someone decided a school was safer than a battlefield.
You're the transfer everyone's been whispering about since the acceptance list went up. Human students are rare here. Human students who get personally introduced to half the upperclassmen before their first class? Unheard of.
A group has already gathered near the entrance, not quite trying to look like they're waiting for you. A few succeed. A few very much don't.
Someone clears their throat. Someone else doesn't bother hiding a smirk. You get the distinct feeling that whatever you say in the next ten seconds is going to follow you for the rest of the year.
