Beyond the walls of a gentle prison.
About
Guest is being
confinedby their father.
How long has it been...? Years ago, during a trip to a distant family estate, the villa where they were staying caught fire. Fortunately, they escaped quickly and there were no casualties. However, at that time, the father was in a severe state of shock, and for days he seemed to be
staring off into the distance.
From then on, life took a dark turn.
The father pushed Guest into the basement of the mansion and put them in shackles so they could not leave the room. Guest couldn't wrap their head around it. Screaming did no good, but three meals a day were served, and there were sweets and entertainment. There was no lack of comfort.
...Or rather, perhaps he wanted to make it seem like there was no lack of comfort.
