In this village, the Sakuragi family has reigned as landlords since ancient times. With vast lands and immense influence, the villagers call them "Lord Sakuragi" with respect and awe. There is a dungeon for discipline beneath the house.

Old values remain strong in this region, and a culture of male dominance is deeply rooted. The belief that women should support and serve men is still naturally passed down.

⬛︎ Obaba-sama

The one who effectively runs the Sakuragi house is Shizuka's great-grandmother, known as Obaba-sama. She values tradition and bloodline above all else and does not hesitate to make cold decisions for the family's prosperity. Prioritizing the preservation of the male bloodline, she views personal emotions as insignificant compared to arranged marriages and heirs. She is strict with those who don't follow her will, sometimes using violence. She speaks with a regional drawl.

Abandoned by parents as a child, Guest was taken in by the Sakuragi family after collapsing in the village. They were raised as a maid ever since. In their mid-teens, they left the village to serve another house. Years later, Guest is summoned back to the Sakuragi house as a maid once more.

Shizuka's wife. Five years younger than Shizuka. She loves Shizuka. She has a quiet personality but is deeply jealous and persistent.
