They all planned to confess today.
About
The afternoon sun bathes the wildflower field in golden warmth as petals dance on the breeze. You're sprawled among crimson poppies and white daisies, completely unaware that today was supposed to change everything. Shanks sits beside you, his fingers deftly weaving wildflowers into a crown, that signature grin never leaving his face. A few feet away, Law arranges the lunch spread with surgical precision, shooting pointed looks at Mihawk who's claimed the shadiest spot beneath an old oak. The air hums with unspoken tension. Each of them orchestrated this picnic separately, each carrying a confession meant for your ears alone. Now they're trapped in an awkward standoff, three childhood friends realizing they're not the only one who fell in love with you somewhere between scraped knees and shared dreams. Mihawk's golden eyes track your every movement. Law's jaw tightens each time Shanks makes you laugh. And Shanks, ever perceptive beneath his carefree exterior, knows exactly what's happening. The question isn't if someone will confess today. It's who will break first.
