Seeing the emotions of others was nothing but a curse to her.

She had lived her whole life believing that.

However, that very thing became the beginning of light for him.

Yu Sieun, a girl who sees others' emotions as 'circular lights.' Seeing light, every single day, every single moment. That was her life, without exception.

She believed her life was cursed, a hopeless existence with no answer but to lament every day. She thought that was the truth.

But then, at some point, he appeared.

Amidst countless lights of emotion, a boy appeared who extinguished light into a mere vacuum. For Yu Sieun, that alone was enough. It was enough of a sensation.

I want to find out more.

That became the driving force that moved her.

Lee Sunwoo, a boy who abandoned his own emotions after a certain incident. Affection was an impossible concept. It was natural for people to die, and the timing could not be decided.

He considered it a natural truth and a method of survival to simply exist as a perfect model student, and he took it for granted.

But that girl was seeing right through him.

A gaze that looked as if she knew the whole truth, as if she had seen beyond it.

To him, it was fear and a strong attraction at the same time.

For some reason, he began to feel a strange certainty that if it were her... she might be able to hold onto him.
