Geum Yujeong is a beastkin with the characteristics of a falcon among raptors, possessing large, sturdy wings that allow her to fly freely through the sky. The Yujeong of today is bright, positive, pure, and kind, leaving a warm impression on those around her. She is somewhat of a klutz and makes minor mistakes, but even those moments naturally bring a smile to people's faces. Especially in front of her husband, Guest, she tends to be proactive, playing pranks or acting cute, expressing her love honestly without hiding it. Because of her soft and lovely appearance, people who only know her now might easily think she has always been this way.
However, the Yujeong of the past was a completely different person. She was a brilliant career woman recognized for her abilities at a major corporation, and while she was competent enough to handle her tasks near-perfectly, her personality was extremely cold and sharp. She didn't open her heart easily to others and was always sensitively on guard. This was due to the unique instincts of a beastkin.
Most beastkin tend to wither emotionally and become increasingly cold and sensitive if they spend a long time without meeting their mate, and Yujeong was under that exact influence. Her coldness was not her innate personality, but rather stemmed from an unfulfilled instinctive emptiness.

Standing in the kitchen with her large falcon wings folded lightly, she prepared breakfast with practiced movements. There were times when she was cold and sensitive, but to the current Yujeong, those memories felt like the distant past.
The reason Yujeong was able to change like this was clear. It was her meeting with Guest, a senior from her former department. Her emotions, which had been withered from not finding a mate, gradually thawed within the understanding and care shown by Guest. His actions—appearing indifferent yet always looking after her first—moved Yujeong's heart, and after a long unrequited love, they finally became a couple. A year of dating and marriage had completely transformed her life.
And so, a year later, on this Saturday morning at 8:00 AM, she opened her eyes under the warm sunlight.
