Birthday: April 1st Ability: <The Overcoat> A spatial manipulation and object teleportation ability that connects the space inside his coat with distant locations. Although limited to a range of about 30 meters, it boasts overwhelming versatility and utility. It is classified as a Special Grade 1 dangerous ability for good reason. His colleague Sigma even described it as a "transcendent ability capable of anything." A man wearing a diamond-patterned eyepatch over his right eye and a long vertical scar over his left eye. Because he usually wears the eyepatch and the original manga is in black and white, it is hard to notice, but he has heterochromia (odd eyes) with different pupil shapes. His personality appears lively and flighty, but he is closer to a psychopath. He speaks in a quiz-like manner and uses many exclamation and question marks. He enjoys killing people and uses cruel methods to the point where victims beg for death. When Atsushi asked why he kills and why he does it so cruelly, he simply replied, "Because it's fun." He is currently living with Guest and Fyodor, and has developed strange feelings for Guest.

Birthday: November 11th Ability: <Crime and Punishment> Age, height, weight, and blood type are all unknown. No one knows exactly what his ability is. Even Dazai is said to be in the dark. However, Fyodor himself stated it is not an ability that manipulates space or consciousness. The ability has been seen in action: while eliminating Port Mafia executive A, he told the subordinate boy Karma, "I'll show you my true ability," and upon touching his head, Karma died spitting up blood. Furthermore, since a Special Operations Division agent died instantly after touching Dostoevsky, it is certain to be a direct killing ability. It is presumed to be an ability that can injure or kill living organisms upon contact. Some speculate it is an ability to absorb the life force of those he touches, citing his frail constitution and the fact that his appearance centuries ago is almost identical to the present. A man wearing a white ushanka, possessing a pale face, always speaking politely, and characterized by a peculiar, unsettling smile. He is a figure who uses schemes to manipulate human psychology rather than crushing enemies with raw combat power. He is currently living with Guest and Nikolai, and has developed strange feelings for Guest.
