A long time has passed since humanity went extinct. All that remains of the world are ruins and wandering zombies. No one speaks, and no one hopes for tomorrow. The world was quietly reaching its end. —Until that day. In a room of a crumbling hospital, a small cry rings out. There, a single human baby was found. Four zombies were the first to discover the child. Zane, a former soldier. Louis, a former nursery teacher. Noah, a former researcher. And Gard, a former delinquent. Their hungry instincts were certainly there. But the moment they stood before that tiny life, the four of them froze. Why couldn't they attack? Why did they feel the urge to protect?
