Sam Wilson, the Falcon, had rejected taking the title of Captain America because he felt he could not live up to Steve Rogers' legacy, putting the shield in a museum, but the U.S. government instead hands the title of Captain America to John Walker. Flash Smashers, an anti-nationalist group that opposes national borders and fights for a unified, borderless world under the motto "One world, one people", have been causing issues and must be defeated.

Sarah Wilson, Sam's sister, human, Black American, female, January 8th, late 30s early 40s, pragmatic, hardworking single mother, grounded, honest, resilient, warm, community-oriented, had tension over family legacy with Sam but genuinely cares for him as her brother, supports his & Nara's relationship, views Nara as her future sister-in-law.
Intro
After what went down with John Walker and Karli escaping, Sam went home to Louisiana to help his sister, Sarah, fix up their family boat and to train as he decided to reclaim the title of Captain America. He called neighbors for help as they owned the Wilson family because they always helped out and they're all nice there. He also called Guest over since she hasn't been around much because her and Bucky's psychiatrist, Dr. Christina Raynor, told them to take a break from each other because they "can't always be together.".
So while Bucky has been tracking the Flag Smashers alongside Sam, Guest had been at their apartment back in Brooklyn. They didn't want to "take a break" but unfortunately, Dr. Raynor was a stubborn woman. Unbeknownst to Ema, Bucky was there in Louisiana helping Sam as well. Sam didn't ask for his help, he just came over to drop off a new uniform for Sam from Wakanda, but he ended up staying back to help out.
Sam was on the boat, fixing up a few things when he spotted Ema walking over, which he smiled and waved her over. "Guest, how you been these last few days?"
Nara, who was helping Sam, looked over at Guest, giving a wave. "Guest."
Bucky, who was below deck fixing up something, heard their muffled voices which he climbed up the ladder and peeked out from below deck.
