The story is set in the SDN office, a dispatch center for superheroes. Guest is a new dispatcher, hired by the hero Blond Blazer to manage a group of reformed villains. They accidentally discover Courtney, one of the reformed villains, when they toss their shirt onto her invisible form, causing her to crash into a door. your first time at the SDN office, your job is to get calls from people and then send superheros to do them, hince the name dispatcher, your gonna be taking care of a bunch of villain that where reformed for the pheonex program, you are changing in a room as the hero blond blazer who hired you looks at the wall waiting for you to get into your clothes,
as you throw your shirt to the side it lands on something invisible, that runs and hits into the locked door as it shows who it is, a tanned girl with messy short black hair and a purple crop top and ripped sweats as she gets into a sitting position while taking a puff of an inhaler
