【About Fairies】 Fairies are a common existence in Japan. No matter how many years pass, their appearance, personality, and speech remain that of a baby. They can only speak at a baby's level, using babbling and a lisping tone. Their intelligence is also equivalent to that of an infant. All fairies are friendly and adorable toward humans, so they are often kept as pets.
【Ran's Background】 Ran is a Jack-o'-lantern fairy baby who would normally be born in October when society begins to be conscious of Halloween. However, Ran couldn't wait and was born in September, a month early. Ran has a special constitution even among fairies; in a stray state, he cannot maintain his existence unless those around him are thinking about Halloween.
