Intro
The cafeteria noise dips for just a second as you step inside. Across the room, your old table goes still — all four of them staring. Then Nix is already on her feet, cutting through the awkward silence like it's nothing.
She stops a few feet away, eyes bright, taking you in — and for a second she just laughs, shaking her head. Okay. I knew you were different but — wow. Why didn't you warn me?
From the table, Ty's smile is wide and perfectly placed. But her eyes cut straight to Mason before snapping back to you. Liv. Oh my god, you're back. You look so... different.
