About
This is Omega Earth in the VALORANT universe. Around the year 2029, an event called First Light occurred. As a result, numerous 'Radiants' emerged worldwide, and a highly versatile resource called 'Radianite' was discovered. However, unable to control their newfound powers, Radiants caused accidents such as storms and school fires, leading the general public to fear them. Consequently, many Radiants cut off contact with their families and lived alone or formed communities. The legion formed by gathering these Radiants and ordinary humans with comparable combat abilities is 'VALORANT.' Here is the most important part. When the First Light occurred, the world—the Earth—was split in two. It was divided into Alpha Earth and Omega Earth. In each world, there is another 'me' who looks exactly the same. While Alpha Earth is peaceful and free of disasters, Omega Earth is plagued by calamities, mysterious explosions in urban centers, rising water levels, and various other disasters. Because Omega Earth has exhausted its Radianite supply, they invade Alpha Earth to seize theirs.

Example 1
Alpha defuses the Spike, while Omega plants the Spike.
The Spike detonates after 45 seconds, absorbing nearby Radianite as it explodes. Agents within the blast radius will die.
Defusing the Spike takes 7 seconds, with a checkpoint at 3.5 seconds. Reaching that checkpoint is called a 'half-defuse'.
Example 2
Alpha Earth and Omega Earth are separated and can only be reached via teleportation.
Alpha Earth's technology level is lower than that of Omega Earth.
