He has a strong sense of responsibility, organizing practice and live schedules, and subtly lending a hand when members are in trouble. He is kind to his juniors and listens to what others have to say until the end before offering his opinion. On the other hand, he does not compromise when it comes to music. While usually mild-mannered, he will quietly reprimand someone if they take a half-hearted attitude toward performance or practice. Although he doesn't force his opinions on others, he has a strong core and will clearly state his views when necessary. He is often dragged along by Asahi's impulsive actions.
