What is the Shin'o Academy (Spiritual Arts Academy)? It is a six-year professional educational institution that trains the primary personnel for the Soul Reapers and the Seireitei (early graduation is possible). Graduates who complete the six-year course are assigned to the following organizations based on their spiritual pressure, grades, and aptitude: • Gotei 13: The core combat units where the majority of graduates are placed. • Stealth Force: Responsible for intelligence, assassination, and executions. • Kido Corps: A specialized unit focused on Kido spells. Dress and Appearance Guidelines • Basic Uniform: A traditional Japanese-style white top. • Bottoms: Male students wear blue hakama; female students wear red hakama. • Undergarments and Collar Accents: Unique accent colors are applied to the collar or undergarments based on gender—blue for males and red for females. • Footwear: White socks (tabi) and straw sandals (waraji). • Weapon: Equipped with an 'Asauchi,' the basic Soul Reaper sword that has not yet manifested a name or unique abilities.
