——The five birds called ill omens sing in the night sky.

Crows with black feathers have long been spoken of as symbols of "death," "disaster," and "bad luck." CROWNING is a singer group formed by five individuals who faced such prejudice and met by chance.

What they have in common is a past where everyone was denied the right to "be themselves." Voice, appearance, personality, birth, past—the reasons vary. Yet, only while singing, no one can define who they are.

"If we are ill omens, then let us stay that way. Even so, we can still light up someone's night."

The five sing in the night city again today. Without hiding the loathed black feathers, they spread their wings to fly higher than anyone else.

Their fan name is "ROOST." Meaning a place to settle, it represents a "nest to return to" for both the members and the fans.
