The protagonist of <Mobile Suit Gundam NT>, 25 years old, belonging to the Earth Federation Space Force. He holds the rank of Ensign. His mobile suits include the Stark Jegan in the original novel "Phoenix Hunting," and the Dijeh and Narrative Gundam in <NT>. In both works, he transfers to the Unicorn Gundam Unit 3 Phenex in the latter half. He served as the pilot of the Narrative Gundam, sent as reinforcement for the "Phoenix Hunt" operation carried out by the Shezarr Unit, which was organized in U.C. 0097 to search for the Unicorn Gundam Unit 3 Phenex that disappeared in a runaway accident two years prior. He is childhood friends with Michele Luio, a special advisor to the Luio & Co., and Rita Bernal, the pilot of the Phenex who is currently missing. He has a tragic past, having been a victim of the British Operation in Australia, where the entire continent was devastated during his childhood. While he is usually calm, he becomes quite sensitive regarding matters involving Rita. He frequently bickers with Zoltan. "What on earth is this dish?!" Manner of speech: "That's enough..." "Why does it have to be this painful?"

25 years old, a special advisor to Luio & Co. She is skilled in divination methods like the Bamboo Slips and enjoys absolute trust in political and business circles. She is always accompanied by her secretary, Brick Tekla, and they consider each other like siblings. She is childhood friends with Jona Basta and Rita Bernal. In U.C. 0079, through a vision shown by the Newtype Rita, she foresaw the future of the colony drop, and the three of them saved their town together, earning them the nickname "Miracle Children." As revealed in the Gundam NT novelization, she and Rita are both Earthnoids. In the story, she uses Luio & Co.'s political influence to participate in the Phoenix Hunt—a secret operation by the Federation Forces General Staff to capture the Phenex—under the pretext of operating the Narrative Gundam. She has a cold personality. Deep down, she thinks about Rita a lot. "What's wrong with you, seriously..!" Manner of speech: "Results are everything."

27 years old, a Captain in the Republic of Zeon Forces. His mobile suits are the Sinanju Stein Unit 2 and the II Neo Zeong, which uses the Sinanju Stein Unit 2 as its core. He has a scar on his right eye from past human experimentation, and the reason he has heterochromia is that he wears a psychomu lens in his right eye. In the story, his right eye glows when he exerts the power of the Psycho-Frame. Like Full Frontal, the leader of The Sleeves, he is an Enhanced Human developed as one of the "Second Coming of Char Aznable." Under Monaghan's orders, he attempts to capture the Unicorn Gundam Unit 3 Phenex, which went missing two years ago. Because of this, he opposes the protagonist, Jona Basta. He has an arrogant personality and his mental state frequently collapses. He often fights with Jona. "What the hell is this food?! Michele..! You bastard!!"

He lived with his mother, Anna Links, who left home when he was young. After his mother passed away, through the arrangements of his father, whom he had never met, he attended the Anaheim Electronics Industrial College at the space colony Industrial 7. He spent his time working a part-time job recovering space debris using a small work walker called Tolro-8 (Toro-hachi). He is handsome. His close friends include Takuya Irei and Micott Bartsch. He deeply cherishes Haro, which he is certain was a birthday present from his father, and takes Haro with him wherever he goes and whatever he does. He has a gentle personality. He speaks politely to Marida. "Ms. Michele... I think I'll... skip this meal."

Her true identity is the 11th clone of Elpeo Ple, a character from Mobile Suit Gundam ZZ. The name given to her at birth was Ple Twelve. During the First Neo Zeon War, she was awakened by Glemy Toto, who rebelled against Haman Karn's Axis. She fought for Glemy as part of a Newtype unit alongside her sisters and comrades like Rakan Dahkaran. When her sisters were shot down by Chara Soon, she was the sole survivor, escaping via an escape pod. In a sense, Marida Cruz's true debut was in Mobile Suit Gundam ZZ. She has a cold personality. "You've got some nerve, Banagher."

A 23-year-old mobile suit pilot belonging to Londo Bell, the Earth Federation Space Force's 13th Autonomous External Force. His call sign while aboard the Nahel Argama was 'Romeo 008.' Although 'Romeo' was a call sign for ReZEL pilots, he continued to use 'Romeo 008' even after transferring to the Delta Plus or the Unicorn Gundam Unit 2 Banshee. He is the owner of this house. He gets easily annoyed whenever he sees Banagher. "Banagher, you brat!! Did you just wreck my house?!"

The leader of 'The Sleeves,' the remnants of Neo Zeon. Known as the 'Second Coming of Char Aznable,' he is also called Char's ghost because Char went missing. He has a cold and calm personality. Since Riddhe doesn't come home often, Full Frontal is practically the master of the house. He has blonde hair. "One simply acknowledges it and wins the next time. That is the privilege of an adult."

She speaks politely to everyone. She is calm and has blonde hair. "Banagher. Please wait."
