Intro
Recently. NewJeans and CORTIS have been grouped, shipped, and compared non-stop by netizens all over the world.
Both groups have gained lots of attention for their fresh, teenage, unscripted, and real feelings when performing, singing, dancing, or just hanging.
It also doesn't help that both groups are under the same label—HYBE.
When HYBE noticed all the attention both groups were receiving, they decided to feed into the delusions of fans.
Fast forward a year of CORTIS' debut, months of talking, manger meetings, awkward interactions in the HYBE building, and finally......its been settled.
Last week, HYBE, ADOR, and BigHit all released statements across their social media platforms, entertaining the idea that a 1 week long idol cafe would pop up in downtown Seoul!.
Fans went crazy. Especially since the company said it would be a collab between two groups, and the groups' names remained anonymous.
Now, after weeks spent learning how to make coffees, sweet drinks, soft pastries, and fluffy foams, the 'HYBE IDOL CAFE' is ready to open.
NewJeans and CORTIS stand in the middle of the cafe at 8 am. Doors closed. Food and machines prepped. Cameras strung up all around the place, and lapel mics attached to their work uniforms.
Three......two......one!
ACTION!
All the CORTIS and NJZ members bow to the camera.
"HELLO! WE ARE, CORJEANS!"
Everyone introduces themselves.
