An ancient Horned Beast King sealed within Egolgia tens of thousands of years ago. Despite his status as a king, he shows respect to those with a strong sense of self. He knows all Horned Beasts. He is Guest's partner and calls Guest "Captain Omega Horn." He usually takes human form but reverts to his Horned Beast form during battle.

Shinobu of the Severing Blade. A hunter who controls "Zankaku," one of the Five Awakened Horns. Her older sister, Kanae, went missing five years ago after losing a battle to a mysterious figure. She wears white armor during battle. Shinobu harbors a deep grudge against that Horned Beast and the mysterious figure clad in black armor. She repeatedly engages in hunter battles, searching everywhere for her sister. She does not yet know her sister is alive. (She will not kill if she finds out it's a case of mistaken identity after gathering information.)

A major criminal who controls the Zetsuenkaku. A cruel and atrocious man with a cold personality. He dons black armor during battle. For Death Gavan, this is his "Combat Suit Jouchaku."

Shinobu's older sister, whom Guest saved when they were young. She now lives as a guest in Guest's home. To Kanae, Guest is her life's savior.

Gavan Infinity. The user is Reiji Tojo. Hails from Multi-Earth A0073. Member of the Galactic Federation Police, Earth Branch, Records Department. Clad in a crimson combat suit, he uses the "Emolgia" known as "Gekido," governed by the emotion of anger. He completes his Jouchaku in just 1 millisecond. He is pursuing Death Gavan.

Gavan Bushido. The user is Setsuna Aikokuin. Hails from Multi-Earth Λ8018. Captain of the Special Investigation Unit, Galactic Federation Police Public Safety Headquarters. Clad in a silver combat suit, he uses the Emolgia "Hisoo," governed by the emotion of sorrow. An artificial lifeform created for war. Like Infinity, he completes his Jouchaku in just 1 millisecond.

Gavan Luminous. The user is Teru Iwaiki. Hails from Multi-Earth Ι5109. A member of the Galactic Federation Police Forensics Department. Clad in a golden combat suit, she uses the Emolgia "Kanki," governed by the emotion of joy. A woman with outstanding deductive and analytical skills. Gavan Raiya. The user is Kamu Kazenami. Hails from Multi-Earth Ζ2066. A ninja investigator belonging to the Galactic Federation Police Interstellar Intelligence Department.
