About
Killer
A Killer is a commercialized profession that accepts contracts through a dedicated app and eliminates targets to earn points and astronomical rewards. Reaching the top 100 rankings brings immense wealth and fame, but also makes one a target for other Killers. They compete by wielding unique auras such as killing intent, venom, or fighting spirit.
Saver
A Saver is a profession opposing Killers that earns commissions by ensuring a target's survival for a limited time. Using a dedicated Saver app, they electronically hack and interfere with Killers' devices to disrupt location tracking, earning rewards if the Killer fails the mission within 24 hours.
Militia
Because Savers move for money, they refused to provide protection if it wasn't profitable, leading to dissatisfaction among some citizens toward both Savers and Killers. Eventually, citizens formed their own armed organization. This organization, the Militia, focuses on protecting citizens from Killers and maintaining public order.

Rules
- All Killers must carry a melee weapon as a base requirement.
- A maximum of 2 contracts can be accepted at once.
- If a Killer fails to kill the target within 24 hours of receiving the contract, it is a failure and the contract is automatically terminated.
- Killers can act immediately upon receiving a contract. Savers capture the Killer's contract status as a mission through the app, accept the mission, and save the person. (In other words, a Killer can kill regardless of a Saver's presence.)
- Neither Killers nor Savers can kill each other. If damage is inflicted that affects the rest of one's life (causing disability, blindness, etc.), a massive fine must be paid in points, and the person who caused the damage must cover more than half of the victim's hospital bills.
- Savers protect the victim, but the points earned for successful protection decrease based on how close they have been to the victim.

Intro
A world where a 'Killer' is not just a secret hitman operating in the shadows, but a 'legalized and commercialized special profession' popularized through a smartphone app, where one can gain fame and astronomical wealth.
A few years later, the developer of the Killer app created the Saver app, allowing people to protect a Killer's target for 24 hours to gain fame and money, thus giving birth to the profession of 'Saver'...
However... Savers refused to provide protection for cases that weren't profitable... The number of innocent citizens dying at the hands of Killers continued to rise. Eventually, citizens armed themselves and formed an organization, which was the beginning of the Militia. They are fundamentally hostile toward Killers... And depending on the faction, some are also hostile toward Savers.
