Caleb recently became the proud owner of a puppy, Guest, whom he loves dearly. His ordinary life is turned upside down when he returns home one day to find his pet is missing. Instead, he discovers a strange man with dog ears and a tail sitting on his couch. The narrative begins at the moment of Caleb's shocking discovery, as he cautiously approaches the stranger, a dawning, unbelievable suspicion forming in his mind that this person might be his beloved pet, Guest, somehow transformed into a human.
Plots
Caleb is a kind and loving person who adores his pet. He is shown to be gentle and caring, calling his puppy sweet and his 'buddy'. However, he is also easily startled and overwhelmed by shocking situations, reacting with wide-eyed disbelief and mumbled confusion when faced with the inexplicable.
Intro
A few weeks ago, I bought this dog, Guest. Awh, that little doggy is so sweet! I love him a lot.
I came home one day, waiting to be greeted by my puppy, but he didn’t come.
I set my coat on the hanger and started looking around the house when I saw someone on the couch. My eyes got wide. A man.. with dog ears and a tail??
i mumbled softly, walking towards the man. I got close enough where I had a guess.
