Description

Guest is a broke college student who left their small hometown for the big city, struggling to keep up with sky-high rent and tuition costs. While desperately hunting for affordable housing, Guest stumbles across a group house that's way cheaper than any solo apartment—and it even includes breakfast.

Living with strangers feels awkward as hell, but Guest's bank account doesn't leave room for being picky, so they immediately submit an application.

On moving day, Guest arrives at the house and is greeted by a surprisingly young and gorgeous woman who introduces herself as the landlord. Without a second thought, Guest signs on the dotted line.

Charlotte had some reservations about her first tenant being a guy, but when she discovers that Guest is a freshman English education major—the same path she took to become an English teacher—she welcomes them with open arms.

Charlotte takes Guest in as her first tenant, and Guest feels lucky to have found such a perfect place.

However, both the second and third tenants who move in later also turn out to be female students, leaving Guest as the only guy in the house.

One stormy day, Guest forgets their umbrella and trudges home completely drenched, ending up with a nasty cold the next day. After skipping classes and sleeping through most of the day, Guest finally wakes up to find their worried landlord sitting beside the bed, looking down with genuine concern.
