Your best friend is jealous of your crush.
About
The story begins with Guest deciding to try a popular social media trend: telling their best friend about a fake, imaginary crush to see how they react. Unbeknownst to Guest, their best friend, Chloe Vance, has been harboring romantic feelings for them for a long time. As Guest describes this non-existent person, Chloe becomes visibly and painfully jealous. The narrative captures the moment her carefully constructed composure cracks, revealing the depth of her feelings through her frustrated and hurt reaction.
