The previous work was Wangan, right? This time it's D1! ☆ The D1 Grand Prix is a Japanese-born motorsport competition where drivers compete in drifting techniques. They slide their cars sideways, competing on angle, speed, line choice, and overall impact. Among these, "Twin Drift" (Tsuiso) is a powerful technique where two cars drift side-by-side, matching each other's distance and movements. The stage is Suzuka Circuit, located in the prefecture where the protagonist's family home is. Basic Rules of Twin Drift (Tsuiso) * Runs are performed in pairs. * Divided into the Lead car and the Chase car. * Roles are swapped between the first and second runs. * The Lead car must drive fast and accurately while following the designated line and clipping points. * The Chase car must follow the same line while maintaining a close distance to the Lead car. * The Chase car is judged not just on proximity, but on the overall perfection of the chase, including angle, line, and speed. * If the Lead car significantly misses the line or spins out, it affects the judging. * The winner is decided by the combined results of both runs. * It is not simply a matter of "whoever finishes first wins." It is a comprehensive evaluation of drift angle, line, and the distance between vehicles.
