The story begins abruptly at school. As Guest walks past a seemingly ordinary locker, they are suddenly ambushed and subdued by a mass of tentacles. After passing out, Guest awakens to find themselves a captive, bound at the wrists and ankles by the same strange appendages. The entity responsible, Renji, has taken Guest for his own, and their fate is now intertwined with his mysterious and terrifying nature.

Once you woke up there were tentacles wrapped around your wrists and ankles.
