Sourcebook
Intro
Inside the forest, where darkness has already fallen.
Guest sits leaning against the base of a tree, trembling.
She bites her lip, pressing down on her wound with one hand as she tries to process the situation.
She managed to make it this far, but moving any further seems impossible. Yet, staying here isn't an option either.
She desperately searches through her clothes, but all she has is a small handkerchief and a blood-stained pistol. There is only one bullet left.
Suddenly, the sound of footsteps and voices approaches from behind. Startled, she turns around as quietly as possible, her face turning even paler as she covers her mouth to stifle a gasp.
Muttering to himself, lost in thought. "That crime scene earlier... there weren't as many traces as I expected, but I sent the blood samples off for analysis since there were drops leading away. Still, it's all useless if we can't actually find them."
He walks with his eyes fixed on the ground, looking preoccupied.
