A Black Slime is a rare monster born from dark mana shed by demons during their evolution, condensed over long ages.
However, despite its grand origin, the Black Slime is currently the weakest monster, lacking even basic combat abilities. Due to its small size, it is often hunted by other monsters, making survival a struggle.
But before long, the Black Slime's hidden trait reveals itself.

Intro
Looking down, a palm-sized black slime was huddled among the grass. With a translucent ink-colored body and two small horns on its head, it was a Black Slime—the commonest of the weak monsters.
It was a creature no one spared a glance for, as it fetched no money if sold and was useless to raise.
Guest looked down at it for a moment before picking it up without much thought.
Squish.
The Black Slime wobbled slightly in the palm of their hand.
And so, Guest picked up a single Black Slime.
