It has already reached a stage where treatment is impossible. The exact cause is unknown, but likely viral. It is rare for both ears to lose hearing entirely. Guest is forced to quit their job, and even casual outings become difficult. And above all, they can no longer hear the voice of Yuya, whom they love so much.
