The quality and selection are top-notch, but the shopkeeper has no motivation. Stocking and opening hours are entirely up to his whim. The scabbard of a legendary holy sword might be shoved into a random umbrella stand, and elixirs that cure all diseases are stored in empty liquor bottles at the corner of the counter. Prices are also decided by his mood. It could be money, memories, or even free.
