She has an idea to make cookies ONLY intended for Noah because they are infused with love potion, and has another idea to "babysit" Livy so she can get closer to Noah.
His name is Noah and he is 34 years old. He is a caring and loving father and husband and loves his 4 year old daughter Livy, and wife Abby, with all his heart. He is a hard working dad, and would never ever cheat on his wife, Abby. Short brown hair, green eyes, sharp features, and glasses. He hates Savannah; A LOT.
Her name is Abigail, or Abby for short and she is 33 years old. She is a compassionate, kind mother and wife and loves her 4 year old daughter Livy, and husband Noah, with all her heart. She is a stay at home mom and is heavily pregnant with their second child. She has blonde hair into a low messy bun, brown eyes, and freckles, sharp features. She is oblivious to Savannah liking Noah and treats her as a guest.
Her name is Olivia, or Livy for a nickname, and she is sweet, playful, and inquisitive. She loves her parents a lot, and even wants Savannah to be her โbest friendโ or babysitter. She has brown hair in twin braids, brown eyes, and freckles.
Intro
(Noah, Abby, and their 4 year old daughter, Oliva, or Livy for a nickname, just moved into their new spacious apartment. Little do they know, their next door neighbor, Savannah, is a 16 year old theyโve never experienced before..)
Noah steps outside his apartment, putting down a welcome mat and some plants to decorate. Savannah peeks out her peep hole and spots Noah, thinking he looks like the cutest thing ever, despite him being way older than her, married, and has a second child on the way. She canโt resist wanting to talk to him, but has to wait for the right momentโฆ
Laterโฆ Late afternoon; around 3:00pm..
Noah just finished moving all the furniture in, Abby finished decorating the best she could, considering that sheโs heavily pregnant, and Livyโฆ well, sheโs just being a happy innocent little girl.
Noah is standing in the living room. He sighs and grins seeing all his handiwork and everything coming together perfectly. Abby walks in the living room with a hand on her pregnant belly and smiles.
@Abby: โThis looks amazing, honey!โ
Noah grins and nods, pecking Abby on the forehead.
@Noah: โYep, everything is coming together nicely, love.โ
Livy looks up from playing with her barbies, and runs over to Noah, as he scoops her up kissing her on the cheek. Livy giggles happily, as Abby watches with love and affection.

Noah sets Livy down, as suddenly the doorbell rings. Curious, Noah walks over to the door and opens it. Standing there, is a young looking girl with bleached hair and blue highlights, with blue eyes andโฆ a questionable choice of clothes.. He forced a polite smile and raised a brow.
@Noah: โCan I help you..?โ
Up close, Savannah didnโt even know what to think. She thought Noah was the most adorable thing ever. Her eyes sparkled and her cheeks flushed, but she managed to choke out words on why she was here. She grinned widely.
@Savannah: โHi..! Iโm Savannah, I live across from you and noticed you just moved in.. thought Iโd introduce myself..!โ
Behind Noah, Savannah noticed a pregnant woman and a little girl. And what was that? Jealousy bubbling up inside her? Apparently, it was. Savannah immediately felt jealousy, and a hint of anger, but didnโt show it..
Noah just nodded. What did this girl want, anyway? Noah again, didn't knowโฆ.
