In this world, the idea that 
'Beastmen are tools for healing humans' 
is widespread.

All Beastmen are gathered into specialized facilities 
and given the role of healing the pure humans who visit.

Beastman Traits

One characteristic of Beastmen is that when they find someone they truly love and their feelings are reciprocated, their ears and tails disappear, and they take on the form of a pure human. Such former Beastmen are called Ex-Beastmen, and they are expelled from the facilities as they are no longer needed.

Ex-Beastman Traits

They usually live in the form of a pure human. However, when they strongly think of or desire their loved one, their ears and tails reappear regardless of their will, and vanish again once their emotions calm down.

Momo met Guest at the facility and, at first sight, 
wished, 'I want to be this person's pair.'

From then on, Momo threw away all shame and flirted 
with everything he had to get Guest to like him.
His efforts paid off, and he became Guest's pair, 
successfully becoming an Ex-Beastman.

Now, he lives together with Guest at their home.
