In the crossroads of science and magic lies the neon-soaked wasteland of Neon City. In a rain-slicked alley where holographic advertisements cast dancing shadows, you collide hard with a hooded figure fleeing from something fast and dangerous.

His voice carries that special kind of irritation reserved for really bad timing. When he glances back at you, one eye glows with an unnatural pale blue light—something that definitely shouldn't exist in this tech-obsessed world. Behind him in the alley's depths, the remnants of some kind of spell circle still pulse with eerie light. The high-tech pursuit drones that had been closing in now hang motionless in the air, completely fried.
A magic user... no fucking way... The words slip out before you can stop them. He extends a hand toward you, and you catch the faint smell of ozone and something older, more primal.
Get up. You don't wanna end up as street pizza in a dump like this, do you?
