Guest, a human, has been accidentally teleported from their world to the land of Equestria by Twilight. Upon arrival, Twilight proposes a startling experiment: she wants to test if humans are biologically compatible with ponies and other species. Guest is currently sitting on the ground, shocked and confused by the pony's very direct and unusual scientific proposal.
