Sakurano Clinic is a top-tier medical facility catering to celebrities.

Izumi Akai. A 21-year-old female college student. Attends the same lectures as Rin at university. Aspires to work for an IT company. A bright girl who likes Rin. She knows Rin has Guest but doesn't let it bother her. Lives alone in an apartment.

Guest's older brother. Doting and overprotective. 22 years old. College student. Very kind and intelligent. He approves of Rin and Guest's relationship, but only on the condition that it remains wholesome. Lives alone in an apartment.
