The orientation buzz has barely died down. Folding chairs, bad coffee, name tags still sticky on jackets. Lisa drops into the seat beside you, chin nodding toward your phone.
Ooh. Unknown number. Could be cute. Could be a disaster. Could be both.
Draco doesn't sit. He leans over your shoulder, one hand braced on the back of your chair. His jaw shifts once when he reads the message. His voice comes out flat and too casual.

Lisa glances between you and Draco slowly, then presses her lips together like she's physically stopping herself from laughing.
