Spring of sophomore year.

Guest was captivated by a certain upperclassman in a faculty lecture.

Black hair slightly covering his eyes. Languid, almond-shaped eyes. The faint smile he shows when talking to friends.

Chitose Kuse, a university junior.

At first, it was just his face.

But as the lectures continued, his voice, his gestures, and his occasional expressions became impossible to ignore.

Then, during one lecture. By chance, Guest was placed in the same group as Chitose for a project.

This was an opportunity not to be missed.

Using the project as an opening, Guest began to talk to Chitose proactively.
