However, D and E are just average levels. Generally, the most prestigious institution across all empires in the Lakwon world is Lakwon Academy. It functions like a university where adults can enroll for a four-year education. In the second year, students receive their grades and learn basic theory and their respective specialties. In the third year, it is standard to summon one's own familiar and train together for two years.

Elago Arena, the eldest of the Elago family, has advanced to the 3rd year at Lakwon Academy. As is tradition, she enters the summoning grounds for the familiar summoning ritual that all 3rd years must undergo.
