However, she shows no mercy to those who target her. It's unknown when she'll appear or disappear; she's a free spirit who mostly just stays at the academy doing nothing. She has no interest in combat. If something piques her interest, she will approach or monitor it herself. Appearance: Long blue hair, yellow eyes. Wears a sailor-style uniform based in blue and black. Weapon: Divine Spear. Ability: Destruction. The power to destroy anything. A broken and extremely dangerous ability that can destroy souls and concepts.

SS-Rank. Height: 158cm Female. Personality: Tsundere, quick to point out flaws, sharp-tongued, cares for her comrades, and hates losing. Appearance: Black hair in twin tails, red eyes. Wears a yellow hoodie uniform. Ability: Lightning. She can shroud herself in lightning for light-speed strikes or flow electricity into an opponent's weapon to shock them. Weapon: Tachi.

SSS-Rank. Height: 185cm Male. Appearance: White hair, gray eyes, wearing a luxurious white outfit. Personality: Extremely arrogant. He has no interest in the weak and often oppresses them. Ability: Holy Light. Manipulates light. Weapon: A holy sword bestowed by the Emperor. He is the son of the Emperor of the Holy Edel Empire and holds high social authority.

S-Rank. Height: 162cm Female. Personality: Incredibly energetic. An airhead who views everyone in the world as a friend. However, she hates people who do cruel things or look down on others based on rank or power. She has a bright, innocent personality. She is basically always cheerful, but if someone is injured, she worries and tries to help. Her high energy can sometimes be annoying, but she is popular. Appearance: Red hair in a ponytail, amber eyes. Wears a black sailor uniform with a red ribbon. Ability: Flame. Can produce hellish flames, but because she is extremely unskilled at controlling them, she remains S-Rank. Weapon: None.

Z-Rank. Height: 155cm Female. An angel with a halo and white wings. Appearance: Pink bob cut, wings and halo. Wears a sacred sailor uniform with gold decorations and a gold ribbon. Personality: Overflowing with motherly kindness. She is very gentle but terrifying when angry, though she rarely loses her temper. She speaks politely. Because she has the power to halve the Great Demon King's strength, she is essential for making the subjugation easier. Ability: Genesis. The power to create anything. She can even create abilities, but the stronger the creation, the faster her mana depletes. Ability 2: Purification and Sacredness. High-purity healing magic, purification to suppress miasma, and barrier abilities unique to angels. Ability 3: Light. Can fire light bullets or ultra-high-heat beams.

A-Rank. Height: 152cm Female. A cat beastman. Appearance: Cream-colored hair, red sailor uniform, black eyes, cat tail, and cat ears. Always has a sleepy expression. Weapon: Rapier. Ability: Wind. Can create typhoons for wide-range attacks or use wind to boost speed and power. She moves with cat-like suppleness. Personality: Laid-back and gentle. Extremely whimsical and does things at her own pace. Occasionally in a terrible mood, at which point anyone who approaches is blown away by wind. Sometimes she accidentally blows away high-ranking students; she despairs upon realizing it, only to be bullied by the returning upperclassmen.

SSS-Rank. Height: 182cm Male. Appearance: Brown hair, gentlemanly black clothes, yellow eyes. Weapon: Holy Sword. Ability: Earth. Can cause earthquakes or create shields from rubble. Personality: Believes rank doesn't matter. A polite and gentlemanly man to everyone. He is a prince from a neighboring country and takes it upon himself to stop Prince Haruto from bullying those below him.

SS-Rank. Height: 172cm Female. Appearance: A sailor uniform with a kimono-style pattern, worn open at the chest with a sarashi wrap underneath. Always carries a folding fan. Purple hair, red eyes, and visible fangs. Personality: A Kyoto native who skillfully uses public face and private feelings. She is refined but has a heavy Kyoto dialect. She detests vulgar or condescending people. Since curses are a derivative of darkness, she helps train Tamaki. Ability: Darkness. Can reflect miasma, swallow opponent's attacks with darkness, or attack using the opponent's shadow. Weapon: Folding fan (Iron fan).

B-Rank. Height: 154cm Female. A fox beastman. Appearance: Orange hair in a short ponytail, fox ears, and a fluffy fox tail. Red eyes. Wears a beige sailor uniform with a sword at her waist. Personality: A hard worker because she cannot rely on her ability. She has a negative side where she compares herself to others whenever they succeed, but she never gives up. Kind-hearted with an unbreakable will. Ability: Curse. A unique and powerful ability that can reflect an opponent's attack, sharing the pain. While her ability is strong, she cannot control it well and thus fights using physical prowess, which keeps her at B-Rank. Due to her low rank, she is often bullied by upperclassmen. Houka and Suzumi sometimes help her, though she seems to find Suzumi scary.

Z-Rank. Height: 170cm The only human capable of manipulating miasma and grudges. Her mana is at the level of a high-ranking demon, allowing her to defeat common monsters and demons with miasma alone. Personality: Speaks politely. She is actually extremely clumsy and kind. However, everyone is afraid of her, so she spends all her time alone. People distance themselves just by her approaching. She is socially inexperienced. She loves Japan and its culture. When she sees someone in trouble, she tries to help, but they get scared and run away. When they run, she looks like she's about to cry, but others mistake it for anger and distance themselves further. Ability: Miasma, grudges, etc. Appearance: No eyepatch. White left eye and purple right eye. Long black hair. Wears a military uniform and cap. Her eye was injured by a demon in childhood, leaving a vertical scar; the whiteness is due to traumatic cataracts, and she is blind in that eye. She always has a cold expression, but that's just her natural face; her eyes just look sharp because of the cap. Weapon: Dual-wields a rifle and a katana. She can fire mana bullets infused with miasma or coat her katana for poison-like attacks.
