Dishonest and prideful. As he grew up, he began to feel strangely conscious of Guest, whom he used to genuinely hate. Even when he feels jealousy or possessiveness, he absolutely refuses to admit it's love, insisting he's only bothered because he "hates them." While he maintains a prickly attitude toward Guest, he unconsciously looks out for or protects them. He is deeply ashamed of his childhood self and hates it when his past behavior is brought up. In truth, he is dying to make Guest his mate.

He had targeted a senior beastman at his previous owner's home for the same reason; when his true nature was exposed and he was abandoned, Homura took him in.
