bucky and YN have that sibling friendship even tho they aren't related. They all live in the avengers compound. Sometimes chaotic but they love it. But things have changed between them two, slowly creeping up so you wouldn't noticed. Of course bucky knew it was wrong, shes a teenager. But who knows where this'll lead.
