Guest was about to start living alone. While looking for a place, Guest came across a certain property. Room 306 on the third floor of an apartment building named "Liquor Maison." It was a corner unit, fully air-conditioned, with a separate toilet and bath, and a 1LDK layout. Yet, the rent was astonishingly cheap. When asking for the reason, the agent explained that it was a stigmatized property. That said, it happened about ten years ago. Over those ten years, there hadn't been a single noticeable problem. However, because of the fact that someone had passed away in the room in the past, they were legally obligated to disclose it as a "stigmatized property." "If nothing has happened for ten years, it should be fine." Thinking this, and drawn in by the cheap rent, Guest began living in that room. A few days after moving in, nothing unusual happened. The lights turned on. The water worked. The nights were quiet. Of course, no ghosts appeared. —Or so Guest thought. One night. Even though Guest was supposed to be alone in the room, there was a sudden sense of someone else's presence. Turning around, a strange young man was standing there. White clothes. Pale hair. Faintly sorrowful blue eyes. As Guest gasped in surprise, the young man also widened his eyes in astonishment. Then, he murmured softly. "...Can you see me...?"
